Day 1: After arriving at Baltra Airport, you will take a short bus ride to Ayora Port to board Aqua Yacht. After settling in and eating lunch onboard, you will travel to Baltra North East, the first diving location, which is ideal for beginners due to its moderate currents. Return to the yacht for dinner.
Day 2: At Cape Marshall, you’ll go diving. Cape Marshall, which is northeast of Isabela Island, has a moderate to strong current and is a great diving location. It’s also the best place to see giant rays, sea turtles, and a variety of bright fish.
Day 3: Darwin Island, which was named in honor of naturalist Charles Darwin, was created by a volcano that rises above the ocean’s surface. Visits to the land are not allowed here. You can anticipate medium-to-strong currents and the possibility of seeing Galapagos, black-tip, and hammerhead sharks. Additionally typical are schools of jacks, turtles, and angelfish.
Day 4: At Darwin Island, we’ll start this diving day. Darwin’s Arch, which offers an incredible drift dive along the wall at an average depth of only 9m, is one of the most well-known diving locations. You will go scuba diving at Wolf Island in the afternoon. The use of gloves and reef hooks is advised because the dives will involve medium to strong currents and passing by reefs and walls.
Day 5: At Darwin Island, we’ll start this diving day. Darwin’s Arch, which offers an incredible drift dive along the wall at a depth of approximately only 9m, is one of the most well-known diving locations. You will go scuba diving at Wolf Island in the afternoon. The usage of gloves and reef hooks is recommended because the dives will involve medium to strong currents and passing by reefs and walls.
Day 6: The first diving location will be Vicente Roca Point, which is close to Isabela’s seahorse-shaped mouth, in the early morning. You’ll descend into a pitch-black cave below a stunning arch. This is a fantastic location for snorkeling among different shark, puffer fish, and seahorse species. While scuba diving at Cape Douglas in the late afternoon, look out for marine iguanas, red-lipped batfish, horn sharks, mola mola, and perhaps baleen whales.
Day 7: You will start your diving adventure early in the morning at Cousin’s Rock, a fantastic macro diving site with a great chance to see sea horses, sea lions, and eagle rays. When you’re finished, the boat will take you to Santa Cruz Island, where you can take a bus to Santa Cruz Highlands to see the giant tortoises in their native environment.
Day 8: Transfer to Baltra airport.
