Payment Policy

In order to confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total invoiced amount is required. The final payment (70%) is due 60 days before the departure date. Payment in full is required for confirmation of trips acknowledged within 60 days of the departure date.

With each payment, you should receive an email confirmation. Your trip advisor must also send you a pre-trip information pack with useful data to assist you prepare for your trip, such as arrival details in Ecuador, who might meet you at the airport, transfers to hotels, weather, currency, electricity, etc.

Liability 

Tour operators, their Owners, Agents, and Employees normally only act as agents for the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing transportation methods and/or all other related travel services and logically infer no responsibility for injury, loss, or harm to individual or item in connection with any service consequences arising from: detention, annoyance, delays, attacks, thefts, leakages and force majeure. 

Rational itinerary changes may be made where considered necessary for the convenience and well-being of the passengers and in accordance with Galapagos National Park regulations. The right to replace boats for others leaving on the same date with comparable or superior class, change the itinerary, and overturn the order of the locations to be visited is usually reserved. By advancing a deposit to an agent, the depositor accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions stated on the website.
