The Cuyabeno Dolphin Lodge is located in the Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve, 8 hours from Quito by bus or 45 minutes by plane. The Dolphin Lodge is full of natural and jungle attractions and landscapes. In this lodge, visitors can spot freshwater dolphins and enjoy the scenery of the beautiful river. Cuyabeno Dolphin Lodge adheres to strict environmental standards for protected areas. As a result, all waste water is carefully processed and filtered to avoid contaminating water systems and soils, and the lodge is powered entirely by clean energy via solar panels.
The Dolphin Lodge has a capacity for 40 guests and consists of 12 rooms. 4 matrimonial rooms, 1 quadruple room, 3 triple rooms, 4 double rooms with private bathrooms, all rooms with lower beds. An important thing to note is that each room has a solar-powered light and a 110V electric socket. The lodge does not use water-heating systems and only provides cold water to reduce the use of nonrenewable energy supplies. As well as rooms, the lodge offers a dining area and lounges with hammocks and amazing views.

Day 1 Journey to lodge from Coca by motorised canoe, with box lunch and wildlife spotting on route. Dinner at lodge. Night walk in search of nocturnal species such as amphibians & insects.
Day 2 Early canoe ride to PaƱacocha Lagoon for bird watching and trek. Afternoon fishing for piranha.
Day 3 Morning canoe ride to the flooded forest at Piguali Lagoon. Afternoon transfer to the Yarina ecological reserve, and visit to Sapococha Lake.
Day 4 Breakfast, check-out and return to Coca city.

Day 1: El Coca- Amazon Dolphin Lodge: An airplane takes us there from Quito. You travel to Amazon Dolphin Lodge and Protector Forest Paacocha after arriving by boat through the Napo River. We stop for a brief lunch en route. After arriving, you will eat dinner before going on a short nighttime walk to observe insects, nighttime rodents, and reptiles, among other things, and to take in the fantastic nighttime concert that the rainforest offers.
Day 2: Paacocha: The day starts off with a canoe trip through Paacocha Lagoon. The amazing concert that the various species of birds that live in the forest will put on for you will delight the passengers. For breakfast, proceed back to the camp. Travel through the lagoon in a canoe and stroll along a designated path to observe the islets made of chontillas and anturios, where bird colonies and their nests are established. In the woods for lunch. You’re going to go piranha fishing in the afternoon. both dinner and lodging.
Day 3: Visit the Quichua community of KURIMUYO while navigating the waters. After that, we’ll explore Yasuni National Park before continuing on to the Quichua village of EL PILCHE, where we’ll savor a mouthwatering FISH MAITO, a dish popular among the community. After that, we’ll keep traveling to the YARINA Ecological Reserve, where we’ll spend our final night. We’ll go for a nighttime stroll through the forest after dinner.
Day 4: After breakfast, we’ll take a canoe ride to the SAPOCOCHA lagoon, where we can relax in the comfort provided by the massive observation tower of birds while taking in the more diverse, one-of-a-kind, and spectacular bird sounds of the area. After returning to Yarina Eco Lodge for lunch, we start our journey back to Coca at 5:00 p.m.

Day 3 Morning forest trek to learn about medicinal plants and search for wildlife. In the afternoon your guide will share his knowledge of the blow gun. Night right in small piragua boats in search of wildlife.
Day 4 Morning canoe ride to the flooded forest at Piguali Lagoon. Afternoon transfer to the Yarina ecological reserve, and visit to Sapococha Lake.
Day 5 Breakfast, check-out and return to Coca city.

After dinner, you’ll go on a short nighttime walk to search for insects, nighttime rodents, reptiles, and more while taking in the amazing nighttime concert that the rainforest has to offer.

Day 3: We begin our walk through the forest to observe the medicinal plants that the local indigenous population uses after breakfast. Additionally, we’ll search for parrots, macaws, and toucans. The native tour guide will share his knowledge of the Bodoquera or Cerbatana, the most popular weapon in the Amazon Region, during the afternoon (blow pipe gun). After dinner, you’ll take a quick nighttime excursion through the Paacocha River in a small boat called a piragua in search of wildlife.
