Itinerary for 8 days

(8 days)

Day 1: Ā The day begins on a Monday morning at the airport, transport to Galapagos Master, lunch, and an evening time check out dive. This one will allow you to not only review your dive gear but also get to be familiar with some of the local marine life. It will take place in a protected bay in an outstanding shallow spot, at a maximum depth of 9m (30ft).

Day 2: Tuesday will begin with two dives at Punta Carrion and Baltra North East, preceded by a property tour of North Seymour Island in the midday before cruising north in the late afternoon.

Day 3 and 4: Darwin will be visited on Wednesday and Thursday. Considered a ā€œmarine wonderlandā€, Darwin’s Island is perfect for diving. Among the animals you can run across when diving here are hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, rays, green turtles, and a variety of tropical reef fish.

Day 5:Friday will be spent at Wolf, preceded by an evening voyage south. Wolf is an Island in GalƔpagos full of places to visit and explore. Wolf Island, like Darwin Island, was once a submerged volcano whose top rose above the sea to become the island we see today. The diving areas surrounding Isla de los Lobos de Galapagos are composed of volcanic platforms, cliffs, and underwater caverns that are filled with a variety of marine life.

Day 6: The day will be spent at Punta Vicente Roca on Saturday. An Isabela is a stopping point for diving vessels like the Galapagos Sky. This dive is a wall dive with lots of coral-covered crevices to search for underwater life. Typically, currents are weak and visibility is good. This stunning site is perfect for snorkeling which you can only get access by boats since there is no place for landing. Tourists should keep their eyes open to witness puffer fish, octopus, seahorses, frogfish, red-lipped batfish, seahorses, and other reef fish. Sea lions, seagulls, and penguins frequently dive here in search of fish.

Day 7 Sunday morning, will be spent on a dive trip to Cousin Rock. a triangle rock that is about a hundred feet long and thirty feet above the surface. The depth of the water can exceed 90 feet. The region is used as a cleaning station by white tip sharks, stingers and eagle rays, sea lions and turtles, and an amazing diversity of intriguing and colorful schools of reef fish. Also, Cousin’s Rock waters are suitable for all levels of diver. Then, the day will be followed by a land visit to see giant land tortoises on Santa Cruz.

Day 8: Monday will begin with a visit to the Interpretation Center on San Cristóbal Island, followed by departing and handover to the airport or a nearby hotel.
