Day 1: When you arrive at San Cristobal Airport, the Galapagos Sky personnel will greet you and move you to the yacht. Once everyone has boarded, we will show you around the boat and conduct our standard safety regular reports and training exercises. Then we’ll cruise to the Los Lobos area for your final dive. This will be your first encounter with Galapagos sea lions and fur seals! Observe as they zoom in and out and perform for you! After that, return to the yacht for dinner and sleep.
Day 2: The day will start at Bartolome Island, including one dive to see Galapagos penguins and a habitat walk to the top of the mountain to see breath-taking views of the beautiful Pinnacle Rock and the entire island. Then you’ll go to Cousins Rocks for two dives where you’ll see corals, frog fish and seahorses. It is also a wonderful dive for seeing large schools of Barracuda and Hammerhead sharks. Sea lions will accompany visitors on their entry and safety breaks.
Day 3: 4 dives per day at Wolf + a night dive: Wolf is regarded as one of the world ās finest destinations in the world. Darwin Island’s Arch (genuinely several dive sites relying on where you join, wave action, etc.) lives up to its name. Schooling hammerhead sharks, Galapagos sharks, large pods of dolphins, mobula rays, and silky sharks can all be found on only one dive.Ā
Day 4: 4 dives at Darwin. Considered a āmarine wonderlandā, Darwinās Island is perfect for diving. Among the animals you can run across when diving here are hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, rays, green turtles, and a variety of tropical reef fish. Both Darwin and Wolf Islands are susceptible to unrestricted fishing and dive tourism because of their significant distance from the core islands.Ā
Day 5: Total of three dives, two at Darwin and one at Wolf. Considered a āmarine wonderlandā, Darwinās Island is perfect for diving. Among the animals you can run across when diving here are hammerhead sharks, whale sharks, rays, green turtles, and a variety of tropical reef fish. Both Darwin and Wolf Islands are susceptible to unrestricted fishing and dive tourism because of their significant distance from the core islands. Wolf is an Island in GalĆ”pagos full of places to visit and explore. Wolf Island, like Darwin Island, was once a submerged volcano whose top rose above the sea to become the island we see today. The diving areas surrounding Isla de los Lobos de Galapagos are composed of volcanic platforms, cliffs, and underwater caverns that are filled with a variety of marine life.
Day 6: You will dive at Douglas Cape on this day. Perfect spot for scuba diving! Cape Douglas has very moderate currents which is adequate for divers to go in without having any trouble. Here you can see GalƔpagos Cormorants, Marine Iguanas (that often feed from the rocks) and Penguins, along with other species.
Day 7: You will dive to Isla Pinzon early in the morning. This small Island has deep waters on its surroundings. This characteristic makes PinzĆ³n a great diving spot. There are different diving levels, a beginner and a more advanced one. Giant tortoises, sea lions, and other indigenous species may be found in PinzĆ³n, along with dolphins and marine iguanas. Moreover, the island’s humid zone is home to the majority of the forest species, including a rare variety of the so-called daisy tree. Activities include snorkeling with sea lions and watching reef sharks, manta rays, and occasionally penguins. After that, you’ll travel to Itabaca Channel and then by bus to Santa Cruz Highlands to observe the Galapagos giant tortoises in their native habitat.
Day 8: First, breakfast and then you will arrive on San Cristobal Island to tour the Interpretation Center, in which you will gain knowledge about the Galapagos Islands’ natural and historical origins. Following this activity, you will be driven to the airport to catch your flight back to the mainland.
