Tijeretas Hill or Frigatebird Hill is the perfect place to visit if you want to be mesmerized by panoramic views. To get to the hill, visitors should take the 3.5 km circular trail from Mann Beach. There are occasions where the great and superb frigatebirds which are two separate kinds of frigatebirds that cohabit their nests can be seen. Additionally, the area offers fantastic snorkeling opportunities with Sea Lions.

Interesting facts about Tijeretas Hill

The Beltra’s airport was redesigned in 2008 and built with ecological and reused materials. LEEDS GOLD certification (United States).

Baltra is formed from weathered lava uplifts

Even though the airport is modern, its surroundings reveal history and the origin of the Island.

Many birds live here, including boobies and frigatebirds
